We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our services, measured monthly, excluding planned maintenance and events beyond our control.
We perform regular maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide 24-hour notice for scheduled maintenance when possible.
If uptime falls below 99.99%, we offer service credits as per your service agreement. Contact support@reasonix-cortex.com to claim SLA credits.
Once data hashes are recorded on a blockchain, they are permanent and cannot be deleted. Users are responsible for the content they record on blockchain networks.
While we implement industry-standard security, we do not guarantee that your data cannot be compromised. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence or third-party compromises.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Changes do not apply to current billing cycles.
Accounts must maintain valid payment information. We will charge according to your selected plan. Failure to maintain valid payment may result in service suspension.
